Our beautiful industrial chic studio is perfect for retreats, classes, private lessons and small gatherings. 

Radiant heat ceiling and wall panels help keep students cozy warm. Specialty dance flooring blankets nearly 1,000 square feet of studio space, and large mirrors span across one entire wall. Windows allow natural light in.

A small carpeted dressing area offers two changing rooms, cubbies, a water fountain and a restroom. 

Our quaint entryway will enchant with hanging lights, the soft pink glow of neon signage, tufted leather bench seating and handmade wooden check-in desk.

Mood lighting and a mounted sound system make The Annex the perfect spot for transformative class experiences and intimate community gatherings.

RATES:
$45/hr with 1.5 hour minimum
Ongoing/long term rentals (two months or longer) receive 15% discount

Rentals include use of entire facility, sound system, heat and AC, party lighting, use of yoga and fitness props (blocks, bolsters, free weights, kettlebells, straps, tune up balls, bands), and janitorial services.
