Kelsey Anderson
Kelsey is an intraoperative neuromonitoring technologist from Philadelphia. She started dancing in kindergarten and continued studying dance through college on scholarship. She finds dance to be the best outlet for getting through difficult times, relieving stress, and exploring creativity.
Kelsey is an avid runner and outdoor enthusiast who makes dance a priority in her life, and you'll find her attending many technique classes at the studio, as well as instructing dance cardio and the occasional vixen fitness.
Becoming a member of Pulse's adult performing company has provided Kels with a community where she is supported and empowered by people who are also passionate about building a movement community.

Creacy Boggess
Creacy began dancing at a young age in praise dance and drill teams in Texas. After years of training in hip hop and jazz, she learned she connected with hip hop dance the most, especially while attending West High’s dance program under Lori Bradford. Creacy minored in dance at UAA while dancing and competing with Underground Dance Company’s team Hardcore. Creacy continues to dance and teach in Anchorage, Alaska.
Erinn Dirth
Erinn Crosby Dirth grew up dancing at Dance Spectrum Alaska and continued through college at Western Washington University where she developed her love of contemporary modern dance. After college, she danced professionally and taught in Western Washington before moving to California to pursue her Doctorate in Chiropractic. Having finished her studies, Erinn has returned to Anchorage where she continues dancing, performing, and caring for moving bodies at InTune Chiropractic. She is excited to use her education in anatomy, alignment, and injury prevention to create student-focused dance experiences.
In Erinn's classes, students will learn the processes by which movement is made while building a foundation in artistic expression through contemporary dance techniques. Classes will expand dancers' technical dance vocabulary and focus on anatomy and functional movement. Erinn brings together many elements of contemporary modern dance with the goal of broadening the base of understanding each dancer has about themselves as a moving artist to create an authentic dance experience.

Maisy DeBerry
Maisy is a born Alaskan but has been lucky enough to live in multiple different states which has provided her with diverse learning and performing opportunities. She has trained in a variety of styles, her favorites being ballet, contemporary/modern, and jazz. Maisy holds a BFA in Dance from Colorado Mesa University. She spent the past two years in Salt Lake City where she worked as a freelance dancer, choreographer, and teacher. Maisy has recently moved back to Alaska and is thrilled to be teaching and sharing her love of dance with the Anchorage community.
Rose Sierra Hart
Rose is so grateful to be a part of The Annex community both as a student and as a certified yoga instructor! She'll be back in the spring/summer!
Rose has been consistently practicing yoga for 12 years and completed her 200hr YTT in August 2021. She offers a vinyasa flow practice that focuses on accessibility and intuitive movement, so you can expect body-positive inclusive cues and posture variations that crescendo to upbeat music and wind down to a relaxing savasana. When Rose isn’t practicing yoga, she can be found mountain biking, rafting, hiking, camping, and skiing in the great Alaska outdoors with her little dog, Daisy.

Dawn Jensen
Dawn studied modern dance at the University of Alaska for five years. She is currently a pole student and heel choreography instructor a local pole studio. She enjoys creating soft, liquid movement that focuses on musicality, sensuality and typically includes a few heel clacks! When not in a studio, you can often find her curled up with her dogs and a good book.
Joyce Mayer
Joyce is a long-time member of Anchorage's dance community. She is a ballet enthusiast certified in barre, mat, and reformer Pilates, and is a 200 hr RYT.
Robyn Minor
Robyn is a contemporary and hip hop dancer with experience training and teaching across Alaska, including with but not limited to Studio Pulse Center for Dance, Drift Gallery Dance Studio, Dance Dynamics, and local high schools. Her experience includes competition dance, youth, and adults of all levels. When she's not dancing, you'll find her painting, knitting, or baking specialty cupcakes.
Katie O'Loughlin
Katie received her B.A. in Theatre and Dance from the University of Alaska, Anchorage and her M.F.A. in Dance from The Ohio State University, and is currently an Assistant Professor of Dance at UAA. She has worked with national and international directors and choreographers, including Susana Pous, Eddie Taketa, and Brian Jeffery. She has choreographed for contemporary dance companies including 8 out of 8 Artist Collective, Andiamo, Columbus Modern Dance Company and Enliven, and has previously received grant awards to create new dance works from Rasmuson Foundation of Alaska, Greater Columbus Arts Council and Alaska State Council of the Arts.
Regina Pilkus
Originally from Metro Detroit, Michigan, Regina began training at the age of 4, under the direction of her teachers which were both members of the Cecchetti Counsel of America. Regina danced competitively in all styles of dance and began instructing dance in 1999, becoming a highly credited teacher, assistant director of a studio and top choreographer in Michigan & Alaska over 20 years. This is Regina's 8th season with Pulse Dance Company.
Stephanie Wonchala
Stephanie is the owner of Studio Pulse and its Annex, and is currently on a short hiatus following a surgery on her tootsies (see you soon!).
She is an Anchorage choreographer, dancer and dance educator who L O V E S movement in all its forms. She opened Studio Pulse Center for Dance in 2013, expanded into its Annex in 2019, and serves as the Executive Director of Pulse Dance Company, a non-profit adult contemporary performance troupe she founded in 2010.
Stephanie feels that movement is for everyone, and dance is the most visceral shortcut to joy. Whether instructing a yoga or fitness class, Stephanie will incorporate accessible elements of dance that feel GOOD.
Since 2010, her teaching has been heavily influenced by yoga, meditation, and primal movement. Her gift is meeting students where they are and motivating them to fulfill their greatest potential - whatever it may be that day - in a light hearted and fun atmosphere. Proper alignment, creative sequencing, and clear cueing are all utilized in Stephanie's classes, keeping students both safe and on their toes!
As an instructor for nearly two decades, Stephanie is grateful to have guided thousands of Alaskans across all ages through various kinds of movement experiences, and looks forward to moving with YOU!
She is a Rasmuson and Connie Boochever award recipient, and continues setting new works annually.
